Jeff began his career in the non-profit sector, serving more than a decade in executive roles at both the DuPage Foundation and the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley (CFFRV), two of the largest non-profit community foundations in Illinois. Prior to leaving CFFRV, Jeff served as its President and CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the Foundation’s strategic plan.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jeff took the opportunity to pivot into a field he has been passionate about since he was a teenager, working with his hands to build and renovate residential spaces.

Jeff has spent decades working alongside Habitat for Humanity in multiple states across the US, as well as the Dominican Republic. His passion for, and expertise in, remodeling and renovating residential spaces has taken him across the county, and now he looks forward to bringing his expertise to your home!

Jeff is also passionate about giving back to his community and currently sits on the Board for the CareLink Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to reducing human suffering and helping families achieve their full human potential in Honduras and Belize.  Jeff grew up in Naperville and currently resides there with his family, including their energetic puppy, May!

Brian Draznin

Over the past fourteen years, Brian has dedicated himself to the trades. He worked his way from a laborer carrying demo debris off job sites, to a project manager, until eventually starting his own company, Titan Flooring, in 2018. For nearly seven years, Brian grew Titan into a well known, full service, residential remodeling company serving most of northern Illinois and the greater Chicago area; prior to merging with Custom Cut Renovations in January 2025.

Brian has always had a knack for leading teams and building efficient crews. Throughout his earlier days as a laborer, Brian simultaneously worked in retail management where he helped multiple clothing and shoe stores turn profitable for the first time. Brin brings this same determination and desire for excellence to Custom Cut by pairing an exceptional in-house crew with a tight knit group of high quality and trusted subcontractors.

Brian’s passion for home design began decades ago while playing design games on his computer as a kid. His passion for working with his hands began to flourish during high school wood shop; building items such as fine furniture, guitar amplifiers, and CNC art.

Outside of dedicating himself to his craft, Brian is a passionate father of three young children, as well as a Chiweenie dog named Snoop Dogg. Some of his hobbies include fine art painting, snowboarding, and hiking.
